REPAIRS ON WARRENTY

I bought a Samsung washing machine from Hirsch, and it broke on Friday the 17th of January 2014. We reported it to Hirsch, they contacted Samsung (on Monday) and instead of hearing from them immediately, they only came back to me on Tuesday the 21st. I then received a SMS confirming that they will be at my place on Thursday (23rd). So came the 23rd, I took off from work to be here when they arrive, YET THEY NEVER ARRIVED. I called Hirsch several times, they contacted Samsung, to ask what was going on - BUT the Samsung offices were closed, and not available- Even though we had an appointment. How unprofessional must you be to MAKE an appointment, BUT YOU DONT PITCH UP?? Seriously, that is unprofessional, and a waste of my time AND this is the second time it happened to me. Yet I did not complain the first time, I decided to complain this time because it is utter rubbish to treat clients like this. I am disappointed, and will NOT make use of ANY Samsung products in the future.
