We purchased a tumble dryer last year. We were told by your agents that the new condenser units were vent free and that it did not require a ventilation hole through the wall.
The unit has subsequently packed up and we had to have it repaired. The Samsung Technician informed us that it is because we require a hole for ventilation. We cannot get clarity on what the cause was and whether it needs or doesn't need a ventilation hole. Your product brochure also states that it only needs a 50mm space which it has.
The product has failed again! Why is the product then failing? Either the fault was wrongly diagnosed or it is not truly a vent free unit which means that you they are falsely sold as such?
This could lead to a fire risk if the Samsung Technician is correct and Samsung/your agent were incorrect. Are you going to be liable for damages?
