Soooooo dissapointed, disillusioned (want to cry)

I bought a brand new 370lt Samsung fridge cash. I had such a lot of faith in Samsung. To my horror, I discovered what a company they are to deal with. My fridge starting giving me problems just after the 2 yr guarantee expired! The top of the fridge wouldn't cool and freezer frosted up (is to be a frost-free). I contacted the call centre after holding on for ages, they immediately referred me to the agent in C.T. Eventually a technician was sent and fixed it (so I believed). Hardly a week later the same problem occurred. I phoned again and he was sent again. The same issue and same result. He was sent a third time and confessed that he does not know what the problem was. I again called the call-centre to vent, insisted on speaking to a manager but to no avail and was again referred to the Agent. After being so disillusioned I contacted a other technician and looked as though the problem was resolved after replacing the motor, etc. I have lost R1000's on food going rotten all the time, technicians had to be paid all the time! It is sounding like truck that wouldn't start now and I don't know what to do anymore and is convinced it is a dud. Will Samsung do anything or admit it? I doubt it!
