I've bought a Samsung Washer WF1804WPU and Samsung Dryer SDC3K801 and as it says in the Dryer manual units can be stacked using Stacking kit [SK-DH / SK-DA]
I bought the machines from Tafelberg Furniture, they tried everywhere to source the stacking kit, Samsung South Africa does not have the part, I've myself phones Samsung South Africa who also told me they cannot assist me with this part, I've logged a complaint to Samsung Corporate website to no avail.
Could Samsung please explain why the Stacking kit is not available in South Africa, but in Germany and the UK, unfortunately they wont ship to South Africa, and why the Dryer is sold in South Africa as a stacking unit, I really need this part
