I contacted Sumsungs support centre on the 31/07/2013 for a technician to come out to see to a dishwasher bought a month earlier and only taken out of the box 2 wks earlier. I've had to call Samsung on numerous occasions, each time the consultant promises to follow up and get back to me. I've even lodged a formal written compliant, which was read but no one acknowledged my compliant. I've had to call their technicians, which are outsourced to Liptronic on numerous occasions and between them and Samsung, I don't know whose service is more shocking. I called Liptronic again today, a month after my initial contact and have been advised that they awaiting a part which is coming from Jhb but no one could tell me when to expect my dishwasher back. I've only used this products 3or 4 times and definitely won't be buying from Samsung again!!!
