I bought a middle of the range Samsung Microwave just over 2 years ago. As a leading global brand, I trusted the device would last a number of years, so I was not too worried about the short (2 year) warranty. Yesterday I noticed (for the very first time) that the entire inside roof of the Microwave had peeled away, and the metal was exposed. I HATE to think how long it has been like that for and the damage it has caused to my health, as its probably been that way for close on a year now and I have not noticed it before. Damage like that does not happen over night. I am extremely disappointed in Samsung. I called the call centre this morning, but got no where; I emailed them this morning, but got a shoddy automated response. Its disgraceful service for such a leading international brand.
