I have placed a complaint about Sony & their product that I had purchased in 2011 which is no value for money, my complaint was not resolved. I was asked to take my TV to the Sony Centre in Midrand by did not receive any written confirmation that I can take my TV in & get it fixed for free. I have been out since September & only came back last week Friday. I thought that the problem I had with the TV was gone but only to find out that it still persists. I can't take it in for repairs as I had never received anything solid in writing to say that the TV can be taken in for repairs at no cost. This was only done telephonically & due to unforseen circumstances I could not take it in as I mentioned that I was not in town.
All I need from Sony is a commitment that my TV will be fixed & if not they can take it back & give me my money back.
