I have contacted Philips South Africa head office and tried to get a response on my warranty being thrown out by their KZN office, Philtec, but they have refused to offer any solution or service.
I purchased a Philips Hair Clipper at Philtec Philips Pinetown, South Africa [Email Removed] / 0317012511 / 162 Josiah Gumede Rd, Old Main Road, Pinetown) and while still under warranty took it back (date : 26.06.2013) as the device would not hold charge for longer that 1 minute while in use after a full nights charge.
I was treated very badly and told I'm wrong and that the device if in perfect working order.
This service is totally unacceptable.
Please contact me urgently with a solution.
