This is my EIGHTH complaint, as LG saw it fit not to even try and sort out my previous complaint. In 2010, I purchased a top of the range front loader machine. Within weeks, our problems started. Our clothing started making us sick. Our electricity bill more than doubled. The clothing has a moldy, burnt smell when coming out of the machine. Changing detergents did not help. Nothing helped. Our health deteriorated to a point where medical bills were thousands. We moved, thinking it is pollution in the area. Did not work. Finally we threw out the LG machine, bought a twin tub, and problem solved. But only after THOUSANDS of rands of clothing being thrown out. (we had to redo whole wardrobe). As well as spending another R2500 on a new machine. LG is responsible for our losses. I WILL BE GOING TO THE MEDIA, AS DEAN SAW IT FOT TO TRY AND BLAME THE CUSTOMER. HIS RESPONSE THAT LG DOES NOT CONTROL THE WATER WE PUT IN, HAS NO MERIT AT ALL
