I upgraded my handset on 14th February 2013 and on 21st February 2013 going through the handset Samsung Galaxy Note 11 to discover that there are over 500 photo's in the gallery Nov -Dec 2012, I approached the store and received very poor service there they deny the fact that it is used handset and all they can do for me is to have it warranted and then I can receive a new handset case close I want Head Office to acknowledge the fact that a unsed handset was given to a customer and I seek compensation. Please would appreciate it if they can contact me I do not want to deal with the store directly. Regards Kevin
