Good day i am a very angry customer of pfk (autowatch)
I bought a car in 2012 and was informed by my insurance company that I needed a tracking device and the helpful person form insurance company suggested I use one on the tracking device people that they used on the list, the problem started when I was debited on the wrong date and the wrong amount, I called the call centre number and all of the that was rectified after a week or so, I then called to cancel the device and I was told I had to pay a cancellation fee, of which in the beginning I was never advised that I had enter into a 3 year contract
I then requested that the company send me the terms and conditions of this document because the only document I signed was to confirm that the account number is correct, I then dealt with John Makuwerere who referred the matter to a manger and when I request the terms and conditions of contract and all they keep sending me is the account number form that I had singed
I want to cancel the service as I have been sent back and forth for the past 4 months this is really not on and I want out of this contract and I refuse to pay any further fees
