So disappointed!!!

Used my s3 to make a call, put my phone in my bag fifteen minutes later picked it up to phone again and it was off.i assumed that it just didn't't let me know my battery was flat I've tried to charge it on three different Samsung charges and nothing!! changed my battery with my friends s3 battery and nothing once again.this is so disappointing due to the fact that I never expected it to fail after less than a year.it shouldn't even be failing because then it isn't worth the amount I pay every month.always telling people how amazing Samsung is and this happens. I have no phone now and it will probably take more then a month to fix!
