On 17 January 2013 my washing machine blew a pc board, I called a Technician to fix it for me. He took out the burnt pc board and went to order a replacement one from TTS. He came back to tell me that he was told that that range was discontinued (I bought it in 2009) so I can no longer get parts for it. Samsung will replace the machine for me. He gave me the names to talk to there so they can arrange a pick up for this one & start processing for the new one. A trusted brand for many years, I have their TV, sound system, vacuum cleaner, bar fridge & microwave oven.
