After arriving in South Africa for 2 months from Malawi we wanted to purchase a Kindle for my mom in law who turns 70 next month. We tried a few stores but no one has stock and some stores could not give us an ETA. My wife called on particular company and the lady was so rude on the phone that she ended up in tears and got no help. I searched Google and found this company and contact Bradley who assisted me with an ETA etc. Although it might not be here in time at least I can be rest assured that my order will be given attention and I was dealt with the utmost respect. I do not like to give negative feed back about companies - I have emailed the other company and hopefully they learn from their rudeness. Such a pity for a South African company!
