I walked into the i-Store in Clearwater recently with my new IPad as I had a small problem with downloading pictures from my IPad to my laptop. Virtually no customers in the store and wait for it "as I had not made an appointment neither of the three idle technicians behind the service counter could or would help me" I went upstairs and in less than five minutes the technicians at Incredible Connection resolved my problem without pulling faces regarding me wanting to connect my Apple device to a Windows pc.
Apple you and I doubt whether I will be getting that i-phone 5 to complete a marriage made in heaven. I'd rather just stick to Samsung and Windows. I really do not need that " we'll do you a favour" attitude from a service provider no matter how superior or exclusive they might consider themselves to be.
