Apple offer Free Technical support until you buy the product and ask for help.
I tried to book online and got the response that they were fully booked. I went into the store and found the technician doing nothing. He was unhelpful and basically told me to go onto iTunes and sort it out myself.
My wife uses Samsung and is totally happy
