The business I work for is relocating to an area where the crime is high. We phoned ADT, made an appointment for 11:00 AM Thursday 28 February for the house on the premises. I sent the info through to my boss and when she phoned the technician Jacques on the morning of 28 February he said he knew nothing about the appointment...
