We bought a Mr Power Energy saver from Mike Resse, the Western Cape Agent. After we had an electrician installed the device it is not working, none of the settings.
My husband phoned him immediately, but the excuse was that is was in a cycle. We tried for 3 days know and still it is not working. He have all this excuses, and know it have to be send away to be checked and all, but what detects us as the customer??? We paid R1134.30 for the power saver and still we have no use. Mike is not prepared to come and pick up the power saver, he want us to take it to him, and we have been making more phone calls than we are suppose to be saving.
Why must the customer suffer bad quality? I want Mike to bring a new power saver, install in and ensure it works before he leaves. I believe this is not to much to ask for???
