The second devise we received from Mike Ressel is working. There are still concerns which I must sort out with Mike. The initial report was placed by my wife and it was certainly not necessary to go that far. At this stage I feel that some things were not done right, but the new devise I received from Mike is working, I will contact Mike with regards to some further issues. It is a very easy devise to install, comfortable and nice to use and it does not take a lot of space because of its small size. At the moment I am happy.
