"We are Here to Help"-Yeah right!!!

I phoned the 0800 545 454 to ask for help on my LG washing machine.
I phoned the FIRST time and got transferred to 3 different people and then got cut off.
I phoned a SECOND time and got transferred 2-3 times and then got cut off again.
I phoned a THIRD time and someone told my the part Im looking for is no longer available and he transferred me to sales. I gave the MODEL NR WD-12235FB. He asked me the colour and I said silver. He said the MODELnr I gave him is for a white one. All I want to know is what Model now available is more or less the same. He gave me a MODELnr D1452LF. FINALLY Im done. So I Google the MODEL and see the nr given is for a Dishwasher and not a Frontloader Washing Machine.
I phoned a FOURTH time and got transferred 2/3 times and then asked for a manager. The person transferred me to switchboard and asked for David Sparrow. So I did and the the phone rang and rang!
I phoned for the FIFTH time and got transferred again 2/3 times and FINALLY i spoke to a "manager"-Koo after 24minutes. Then she LAUGHED at me!
I phoned a SIXTH time. Same story and got transferred to leave a msg.
Sylvia, Wendy, Judy, Shaun, Coleen, Poppy, Koo, Patrick some of the names I wrote down!
