WELL DONE: Digicape - Apple Product supplier South Africa. So i bought an iPod in London. After about a month and half of use the screen started giving issues. I called the iStore (Owned and run by The CORE) at the V&A Waterfront Cape Town and asked them the process on how to get the iPod replaced. "Unless you bought it in SA or declared it to SARS when you arrived back, we will not honor Apple's Global Warranty." So i told them to #$%^ and called Digicape. They told me to bring it in. The Lady checked the iPod out, booked it in and 10 days later i was supplied with a brand new iPod.. iStore (The Core) I will never spend a cent in your store again
