Auto-gate only cares about its call out fee

On Friday the 10th of May I had Auto-Gate come out to take a look at my faulty garage motor. The technician arrived as arranged and was friendly. He took a look at the motor and said he would need to remove it and service it. I agreed to this and I explained to him I need a quote to give to the owner of the complex. Friday went by, Monday went by and on Tuesday I called the office asking where my quote is, I get told it will be ready at 12:00 when I called again at 15:00 I get told they cant repair the motor and I need to pay R3k for a new motor and again I ask for a repair quote. After speaking to the owner and to 3 different people it became apparent they cant repair it. I asked for the motor to be returned and refitted and this point they lost all interest in trying to salvage the situation and were only interested in getting the R450 call out fee I owed them. I had almost 5 phones calls to this effect in the space of 10minutes. The technicians arrived telling me the company accused them of the call out fee. I paid the R450 for absolutely NOTHING but 5 days of frustration. This is not a company I will recommend or do business with again.
