I have two problems with my SAMSUNG 84" TV. Firstly the sound does not work on HDMI. Secondly when used as a PC monitor the picture is not clear. Yes, SAMSUNG did respond initially to the faults but they indicated that the problems are not with the TV. I have doubled checked these faults by using an HDMI DVD player and my LAPTOP for the VGA connections and the problems persist. After having no further success with the Customer Services people, I lodged a complaint to the CEO on the their website and sent a subsequent mail to [Email Removed] I was promised on Thursday morning that the TV will be taken to the SAMSUNG workshop and checked. It is now Friday afternoon - NO arrangements have been made. Their customer service lines are presently too busy and hence I am unable to get Sthembiso on the phone. When will my TV be sorted out. It is less than a year old and still within warranty. This is so FRUSTRATING. NO! NO! SAMSUNG.
