Ten days ago we reported an intermittent problem on our Samsung TV that has problems switching on. The TV is still in warranty. Often when it switched on, no picture, but only sound could be heard. The problem was reported to Samsung early last week and a reference number (7112172306) was given. In the meantime, desperate to watch TV, we tried different HDMI cables, changing the settings and actually pressing any buttons on the remote to get it to work. And it worked, off an on. Their service provider (As they were busy) visited 2 days later. They reported the problem as intermittent and said that they would have to take the TV in for 48 hours to run their diagnostics programs. This was last Friday. We said fine, give us a loan TV in the meantime. Today, 4 working days later, I follow up, their service provider has closed the reference number. Why?? I lodged one again today, now 7112172306. I also lodge a warranty issue as my TV now has to stay on 24 hours a day until they fix it. So sad, Samsung, so sad!!!
