I had a software issue, and the phone didn't want to start up, anyway i had it send away to Kimberley (I live in Kathu) on the request of the FNB staff, once there they had to ship it to Gauteng, then they shipped it to Cape Town, all of this in the mean time taking almost 3 and half months. FNB later on got so feddup with Samsun's unwillingness to help, that they issued me a new phone, but by the time of the credit that FNB tried to make, Samsung said that they would now deliver my phone. Im so sick phoning around and trying to find out what is going on, I really do feel that as soon as im done with this contract i dont really want anything to do with Samsung and there lack luster attitude. Please can I just get the S3 back SAMSUNG??? What a bunch of chops.
