NO PARTS AVALIABLE - NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL

On 22 December 2007 I purchased a 32" Samsung LCD Television (Model Number 32581) from Tafelberg Furnishers in Diep River, Cape Town. The machine has been used for no more than 8 months over the years given that it is used in a holiday home.

On 3 February 2013 a shadow appeared on the screen. It was returned to Tafelberg furnishers who have advised that Samsung do not have the part available and that it accordingly cannot be repaired! This is unacceptable! Furthermore e-mails sent to Mr Eben Van Rooyen and Cornelius (surname not known) [Email Removed] have gone unanswered! Again, this is not acceptable!
