Most Pathetic Service I Have Ever Come Accross!!!

Good Day...
I am a first year student at unisa who applied to study management this year.
ever since i have applied, i have endless problems with unisa.
I have been trying to call them from the 17th of feb 2013 but NO ONE EVER PICKS UP MY CALLS.. Even if somebody does, they either cut the call or answers then leaves the phone on the counter/table and has their own conversation.
I had to do bridging course in order to start my management course, i called in last year, after 10 times of trying, someone by the grace of had picked up.. she explained about the bridging course and what needed to be done. She said that i will getting two separate student numbers cause of the fact that i am doing a bridging course and maths will have to be done through the branch in Johannesburg... i clearly asked her if i need to deposit money into two separate accounts, but she had insisted that i deposit both moneys into the same account number but use different student numbers.
I Had did what she said, BUT it did not reflect for maths, only the other course's.
It took me FOUR months to get through to unisa to find out that what she said was wrong!
and till now, nothing has been resolved!!
