I decided to further my education last year. I went to UNISA and they told me I had to do a bridging course in order to qualify to study for BA in Fin Acc. I successfully completed my course. I registered in Dec 2012, however did not have the funds to pay so that registration was never completed. I got the funds and registered again in Jan 20123, this time the system told me they needed documents from me- odd considering I gave them all the docs req. before. Anyway, I made the 120km drive to Kimberley, got there and they told me I had to do ANOTHER b/course, because they had changed the policy Nov 2012! So fine, very unhappy I sign up for yet ANOTHER b/ course on 14 Jan. Marindien Louw assures me she will sort the problem out. I phoned on 18 Jan- after getting cut off three times and being on the phone for more that 45mins I am told Ms Louw will call me 19Jan... 19Jan -No call. I phone again on 21 Jan and leave a msg with Lorato for Ms Louw- still no call back... 22 Jan call Kimberley office- and NO REPLY!
Not only do I have to REPEAT a bridging course- costing me and additional R4400.00 and 6 months, now they are not even letting me know what is going on with.
