They claim that I still owe them, their account was paid in 2011/November 30th, i was referred to their collection Vendor of which a Lady t by the of Kirsten declared that fro their side my account is paid up, I then sent an email to Finance department, of which Kgole, Japhtar Koena replied saying my account is still outstanding sending another email explaining with a prof of payment attached, still receive no help.

Unisa cancelled Telephone customer service, claiming their service will now be better and fast but it's horrible, they need to check their staff that should be attending to our email, they should have audit trail in this regards because really this is the service ever. have again sent an email to Mr Koena, will see how many weeks He or his co-worker reply.
