I had an outstanding account with Unisa which I was paying through ITC-BA and to my knowledge the account was fully paid up. My account with Unisa still reflects "Blocked due to outstanding fees". I called ITC-BA and they said my account is no longer with them. I have sent an e-mail to Unisa's financial department and have tried calling several times and have had no response. My time is running out, I need to sort out the account so i can register for the year.
