During the process of claiming my my life email addresss, the password Unisa gave me did not work. I have emailed unisa for help, tried to contact microsoft, and I have had no joy! Microsoft want an answer to a"defaut Secret question" and UNISA has not replied to my mail. Please will someone reset my my Unisa account and My password so that I can access my mail.
