I have been studying through Unisa since 2006 and this year I changed my course code. I went to Unisa and spoke to a lady who said I should fill out a form with all of my completed modules on it and fax it through to Unisa. I have faxed it more than once and have still had no response neither have my credits been recognised. I receive my completed assignments from Unisa AFTER the exams, which does not help with the studying process. I can also not enter my Unisa email account and followed the instructions which were "new and improved" yet the web page is constantly unavailable. We pay a great deal of money to Unisa, but receive absolutely no service. My account last year was paid in full, with a bit extra left over, yet Unisa refused to release my results due to no payment??? In fact, Unisa owe me money!!! Unisa claims to be the best distance education university, but in actual fact they are totally unprofessional and I feel as though I am wasting my time and energy trying to get a degree through them. I do not recommend that anyone study through Unisa.
