I contacted Waverley Girls' High School 2 months ago to get a copy of my Matric Certificate, I was told that I will get the document within the week, THAT WAS 2 MONTHS AGO. I then contacted the school yesterday and informed them that I need the document as I have applied for a job and need the certificate so they can complete the checks, the receptionist ensured that I will either receive a cal from her before 15:00 or first thing this morning. I then made another call to the school this morning as I have not received anything thus far, the receptionist then says that they did not get a chance to look for the certificate, however will do so today. I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED A SCHOOL TO HAVE A BETTER FILING SYSTEM SO THEY DON'T SOUND LIKE WHEN ASKED TO LOOK FOR SOMETHING SIMPLE LIKE A MATRIC CERTIFICATE. THESE ARE PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSEDLY TEACHINGS OUR KIDS. I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW HOW THIS IS POSSIBLY. I LEAVE YOU RESPONSIBLE SHOULD I NOT GET THIS JOB...
