I went to school in KZN where I wrote my matric the first time and failed repeatedly, I then went back home to MATATIELE in the EASTERN CAPE in 2011, I applied for my metric certificate on the 6th of January, the same day I received my matric results, I was told that my application was being processed when I went for a follow up on its progress, ''come after two months'' I was requested, and so I did but my certificate was still unavailable. each time I went I was told to come back in two months time, I asked where the problem was and I was told only after some while of asking that there was an error with my certificate and it had to be sent back for rectification. my father visited the offices again two weeks ago and asked the respective people who were in office that day if it would be wise for him to rather go to the education head office in Pretoria, the workers well aware that he would get the kind of help he needed from the department, yet they still told him to go ahead. the district director was informed of the situation too but didn't do much. Im doing my first year in varsity right now and need to have a printed matric certificate. the department is not helping me at all
