I have completed my degree in November 2012 but on Myunisa it still says i have not completed my degree!
Friends of mine who did the exact same degree and finished on the same day as i did have already received graduation information and dates a month ago already! they also have received their graduation pack from Unisa. When trying to apply for graduation information on their website It says I haven't completed my degree and if I still don't have information by Jan 31st I must call a number they give to me (which obviously just rings and rings) I have phoned/faxed/emailed around 50 times to about 30 different email addresses, numbers etc and did not get even 1 response!
I need to know my graduation dates as I'm planning a holiday in May and don't want the 2 dates to clash! Unisa just don't get back to you and really are pathetic in the way they deal with student queries.
