No response from Unisa at request for Transcripts

I am writing this here on hellopeter out of absolute frustration.

I need to get officially sealed copies of my transcript urgently (I need at least 3 copies).

I have sent emails to [email protected] ; [email protected] ; [email protected] and [email protected]. I understand that last email address to be the registrars email.

I've only received automated responses in return.

I have phoned various numbers for Unisa for their branches throughout the country. The phone either rings with no answer or it has an engaged tone. I got through to one of the Joburg numbers and the lady put me through to admin, but cut the call instead. I then managed to get through to a Durban number this morning and the gent gave me another number (031 335 1718) to phone.

I've tried that number throughout the day today, but with no success.

PLEASE HELP ME UNISA.
