Financial Cancellation of Modules

Imagine my surprise when I submitted my assignment on MyUnisa when I discovered the very module I was submitting the assignment for had been cancelled. And this was all due to an outstanding amount R80. Immediately I sent an email to [email protected] and the finance department on 10 April 2013. I have yet to receive any response. In addition, the phones just ring endlessly, are engaged or when somebody finally does answer, I am told I've called the wrong department. For an institution with such an enormous number of students, it's ridiculous and incomprehensible that there is only one landline 012 441 5888 dedicated for general student enquiries.

I would greatly appreciate some communication from the university outlining the process to be taken in order for my modules to be re-instated to enable me to write my May/June exams.
