Intec - Leaders in Stressful Learning

I have dealt with the following people at Intec: Gail Rogers, Yumna Hendricks, Ty Booysen, Elizabeth Bernard, Pierre (who was disgustingly rude to me today). For the past 3 weeks, I have been delayed in my studies, as I have not received the correct product code for the Pastel Payroll 2013 software. My assessment is 14 May 2013, and at this rate, I am going to fail as I cannot complete my studies for the assessment. The turn around time for their queries is 48-72 hours. After 3 weeks of querying this, i am still on a stressful holiday, as I cannot succeed in life, due to Intec Correspondence College's negligence, and inconsideration, and very rude consultants that deny you your right to be heard. I am paying for something very expensive, and now it won't pay off, as Intec has let me down. I will never recommend you to anyone wishing to further their career by studying further. I was asked by a collegue, if I have any problems with Intec, as her friend has been running from pillar to post trying to complete her studies, and Intec is a waste of time.
