I have tried for the past 2 weeks to get the correct registration code for my pastel education pack in order to finish my studies. I have my exam on the 12th of November and told then this numerous amounts of times. I cannot go on with any of my modules without this code and only have a few days left. After calling everyday for 5 days I received a code which was wrong, How am I suppose to write my exam without being able to complete my pastel module?? Ive been on the phone for most of the day and only received one more code which was wrong again! I pay allot for my studies and work very hard to do so. I am disgusted in this service and will now have to fail this exam because of INTEC not supplying their students with correct code.
