In 2008 I was doing End-user Computing with VUT i passed both modules, unfortunately the lecturer was on part-time basis, she just left with some of the students results and mine as well, when we went to the campus to report the incident they said they cant trace the lecture and we have to register the module again. The only module that appears on the system is only module 1 and module 2 it says is unavailable due to the Campus Staff member s' negligence. Last year I have registered the same module and i paid the registration fee of R1000, now they University demamds the amount of R1800, 00 including the Supplementary fee of R100 of which I was not informed that i do qualify for sup. How possible can I pay the amount of R2800, 00 for 1 module which took about 6 months. Please help me, my results are not issued to me. I have failed some of the subjects more than twice. I only saw the different when i joined UNISA.
