Poor advise from the ones we trust

I registered in 2012 to complete 4 modules in BTech in Forensic Investigation. End 2012 I passed 2, failed 1 module &; was allowed a supplementary for another. I contacted Lecturer Mr. Mabunda in Jan 2013 &; asked if I could submit a supplementary for module that I failed due to many bad experiences in 2012. The Lecturer sent me an email to confirm I was allowed a concession due to having only 1 module remaining. The portfolio was marked in March 2013 &; sent for capturing of marks to Edna. She could not tell me my mark but said that the "Sun was shining" & that I did not need to re-register for the module. I kept enquiring about release of my mark &; was told that I do not qualify for a concession. The lecturer insisted he did his part &; admin needs to deal with it &; referred me to HOD. I spoke to &; sent email to Mr. Masiloane who handled this very poorly. He bluntly says that portfolios do not qualify for concessions &; after a meeting said I need to register in 2014. No apology was given although he admits I was wrongly advised by staff. How pathetic can this dept be after all we really on them for advice. I probably did not fail in the 1st place & now waste a yea
