Just another ordinary day checking my online banking transaction history and lo! and behold, there is an unauthorised debit order on my account. Of course I notice it immediately and call my bank, after a bit of to&fro--the bank resolves the issue BUT what I wish to draw attention to here is the activity by StratCol&affiliates--no matter what B/S you're going to spin back to me in your response, it ultimately is your responsibility to check that you're entering the correct numbers in your databases. I will not accept any sort of mundane apology. You need to show, more than words, what you can do to change the current state of affairs. The fact that your website contact page highlights the issue only rings more alarm bells. If this happens again--I will take legal action (which will be interesting considering that your company was formed under the aegis of the legal profession). Your unethical ways have to end. You are not the only company in the world that deals with innumerable transactions on a day-to-day basis. Do not try to assuage me. There will be no compromise on this issue. I am an activist--If I have to take on your company, it will just be another day's work.
