Disappointing Service

The service and assistance from this institution is very disappointing. i have sent my application on line and i am required to supply outstanding documentation on line. the self service portal does not allow me to upload documentation. called the self service help desk, the university switch board where i either hold or get transferred through to a number which rings and is never picked up. i sent an email to the enrolment centre and the faculty of health sciences- no response!
