No service from department of education

I have tried to contacted the department of education for 4 months now trying to get a copy of my matric certificate for work purposes but yet no one responds to emails or answers any of the phones available to the department. Completely defeating the purpose of contact lines that they have.

Any help or response would be greatly appreciated.
