Well I have written two reports. Intec is quick to put on Hello Peter that they have responded, but they do nothing. I have yet to after the first report and call from Melvyn to hear anything from Intec with regard to my refund. How do they make an error in the registration. then I have to wait 90 days - well actually 120 days and counting for my refund. and you get sent from pillar to post when you phone and no-one calls back
the services is non existent. what do i have to do to get my money back???
