On 5th August my daughter registered to do a course through Intec College. When we made the payment for this course we had problems with our inter connection and the payment went through twice by accident. It took until the 23rd of September to find the correct person to speak to to arrange for a refund. I have now been phoning every two weeks trying to get my refund, only to be put through from one person to another, and still am none the wiser as to when I might receive this refund. From an institute of this size I find this service unacceptable. It also took Intec 6 weeks to send my daughter her study material.
