25 December 2012 I sent Intec an email regarding to the debit orders they where still taking off of my account after I have settled my full exam fee payment. On: 08 January 2013 I was sent and email that my debit order was cancelled and will no longer continue. We would like to refund you the money, but we do require an email or refund letter from you and a valid bank statement for and auditing purposes. After me sending the Information they needed I received an email from Abongile Nkala on the 10 January 2013 Kindly be advised that the paper work for your refund has been completed. after numerous emails I was told to contact
Melvyn Moodie on 021 417 6700 for further queries. I phoned and left messages and Nobody bothered to come back to me. Its is now the 19th Of August and I still don't have my refund.
