MyLife - No response/feedback for past year!

Can anyone at Unisa assist me PLEASE!!! I have been sending emails to the myLife helpline on a continious basis for the past year and I have not received any help as yet. Just an automated response!! I can not get into my myLife email account as I can not remember my password and I can not remember my security question. I have asked the helpline to reset my password and have filled in the litttle form with all my particulars and have still not received my new password. I need to do my teaching practise this year and what have you else and I can not access my myLife email to which they post all my emails relating to my studies at UNISA!!!

PLEASE ASSIST ME URGENTLY!!!
