I purchased a book from your online store 04/03. I sent an email to your [Email Removed] on the 05/03 to request an estimated date of delivery... i have not had a response yet. I call your call centre this morning a lady pick up the call & i could barely understand what she was saying, she said someone would return my call... i'm still waiting 5hrs later... i call again another lady answered with the same don't care attitude & said that she can not pick up my order on her system & someone would call me back, I asked her when this person would call me back as i have confirmation of payment for this text book she says she doesn't know because this person is in a meeting & nobody else can help me it is now 2hrs later & nobody has called me yet again! i have paid R599.50 to your store & nobody can give me any information or locate my order... this is shocking service & i will not be using your company when i need to purchase text books again...
