I purchased a text book from the website on the 9th of January. on the 20th of January I have had no word from the Seller at all. I started calling into Kalahari's call centre to enquire. I called 3 times already and every time I get told they will contact the seller and call me back within 20 minutes - I am still waiting. Wow.
I have in the meantime requested a cancellation of this item, as I need the money back to purchase my text book from another book store or other. I called in and was told that the refund will take another 3 to 5 working days, Saturday's excluded. In any event, I do not wish to purchase anything from Kalahari ever again.
Chaotic is an understatement.
